
i my self have been wondering how to increase my body size (like bears). have been thinkin of ways how to do that when...one day
I heard there was some new guy who joined our department... as usual i went to meet him just to check out mainly to find ways to tease him (which is my specialty) , but for my surprise i saw this huge, GIGANTIC fellow sittting on a small chair (for him, normal, for us human beings). without hesitation i met him introduced myself. From the moment i met him one thing came to my mind "KAALAANEE HE HE HE" after that "Bear", so name bear was registered to him.
During his first week nobody would tease him directly but behind his back it was "KAALAANEE".
Days turned into weeks and i myself and others were kinda getting close with the "Bear". And oneday while we were having lunch he came around sat near our table, out of nowhere i told him that you were given the name of "Bear". After that i been askin whats the secret for being big...
he refused becoz it being a family secret...but in the end the recipe came out.... and now for all those small people who have been teased for them been short and skinny here i present you the recipe for no cost.........
Morning Breakfast
12 pieces of Bread (will differ to regions)
2 tea spoons of butter
2 tea spoons of Jam
1 mug of Black Tea
Lunch
1 plate of rice boilled (Baiy)
1 plate of Vegetables
1 plate of green leaves
Evening Tea
Shorteats as much as you can

Heres the most important part now sleep untill 10pm in the night after evening tea
Dinner
Anything that you see from your Kitchen "badhige ehkoh aruvaalaa"
last but not least play basketball
